Understanding Billing and Subscription Terms

This Billing & Refund Policy governs subscription payments, billing cycles, cancellations, and refund conditions for the Lookup Web platform (“Lookup Web”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing a subscription or accessing paid features of the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Model

Lookup Web operates as a subscription-based artificial intelligence platform providing structured analytical outputs and decision-support systems.

Access to the Platform is granted through paid subscription plans, which may include:

  • Monthly platform access
  • Usage quotas (structured runs per billing cycle)
  • Access to analytical agents and system capabilities
  • Report generation and structured outputs

All features and limits are defined at the time of purchase and displayed on the Pricing page.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly unless otherwise specified).

By subscribing:

  • You are charged in advance for the selected billing period
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • The same payment method will be used for renewal unless updated

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lookup Web or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal interval.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

4. Payment Processing (Merchant of Record)

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Depending on your location, payments may be processed by a Merchant of Record such as Paddle, which handles:

  • Payment processing
  • Tax calculation and collection
  • Invoice issuance

Lookup Web does not store full payment card information. All payment data is handled in accordance with the security standards of the payment provider.

5. Usage Limits and Consumption

Certain subscription plans include usage-based limits (e.g., number of structured runs per billing cycle).

  • Usage quotas reset at the beginning of each billing period
  • Unused usage does not roll over unless explicitly stated
  • Usage is allocated per billing cycle and resets at the beginning of each new billing period.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will occur after the current cycle
  • Access to the Platform will terminate at the end of the billing period

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect any eligible refund rights as outlined in the Refund Policy above.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all initial subscription purchases.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@lookup-web.com.

After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

This refund policy applies only to the first subscription purchase and does not apply to subscription renewals.

8. Pricing Changes

Lookup Web reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription structures.

If changes occur:

  • Users will be notified in advance
  • Changes will apply only to future billing cycles

9. Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

Where applicable, taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout by the payment provider.

10. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

Lookup Web reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse of the Platform.

Any attempt to exploit the system, including excessive usage or circumvention of usage limits, may result in:

– Account suspension or termination
– Restriction of future access
