Lookup Web is a subscription-based artificial intelligence decision intelligence platform designed to generate structured analytical reports, strategic insights, and automated reasoning outputs through proprietary AI-powered systems.
The Platform provides users with access to multiple analytical agents capable of generating structured outputs across domains including but not limited to:
Strategic business analysis
Business diagnostics and audits
Messaging and conversion intelligence
Cognitive structuring and idea architecture
Autonomous reasoning and execution modeling
Prompt engineering and optimization
The Platform provides analytical outputs intended to assist users in research, decision support, and structured thinking processes.
Lookup Web does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advisory services.
To access the Platform you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires creating an account.
When registering an account, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Usage allowances are defined in the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase.
Unused usage credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Lookup Web reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Platform to:

Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
Circumvent platform usage limits or security mechanisms
Use automated systems to extract platform outputs at scale
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Platform generates outputs using artificial intelligence models and automated reasoning systems.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
Outputs are intended for informational and analytical purposes
Users remain responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs before acting on them
Lookup Web does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated outputs.
Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on platform outputs.
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:
software
system architecture
analytical frameworks
algorithms
branding
design elements
documentation
are owned by Lookup Web and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
copy the Platform
reproduce proprietary frameworks
resell or redistribute platform outputs as a competing service
attempt to replicate platform functionality
Users may submit data, prompts, or contextual inputs to generate analysis.
By submitting content to the Platform you confirm that:
You have the necessary rights to provide the content
The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
You retain ownership of your submitted content.
However, you grant Lookup Web a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
Lookup Web processes user inputs in order to generate analytical outputs.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.

While we aim to maintain reliable access to the Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
maintenance operations
infrastructure upgrades

Subscription payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription you agree that:
Payments are charged in advance for the billing period
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension
Users are responsible for managing their subscription status and renewal settings.
Lookup Web may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

misuse the Platform
attempt to exploit platform systems
Users may terminate their account at any time.
Termination of an account does not entitle the user to refunds unless otherwise required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lookup Web shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of business or revenue
loss of data
decisions made based on platform outputs
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookup Web and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
misuse of the Platform
violation of these Terms
infringement of third-party rights
Lookup Web may update these Terms periodically.
When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and international digital commerce regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
