Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Platform generates outputs using artificial intelligence systems.
You acknowledge that:
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or context-dependent
Outputs do not constitute professional advice
No guarantee is made regarding results, outcomes, or performance
You are solely responsible for evaluating and using outputs
Lookup Web shall not be liable for decisions made based on generated outputs.
The Platform is not intended for use in high-risk or regulated contexts, including but not limited to:
Medical decisions
Legal determinations
Financial or investment decisions
Safety-critical environments
Use of the Platform in such contexts is at your own risk.
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:
Software and infrastructure
Algorithms and analytical frameworks
System architecture
Branding and design
Documentation
are owned by Lookup Web.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Platform
Resell outputs as a competing service
Attempt to replicate platform functionality
You may submit inputs, prompts, or data to generate outputs.
You represent that:
You have the necessary rights to submit such content
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Lookup Web a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Platform services.
Lookup Web processes user inputs to generate outputs.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Termination does not entitle you to refunds except as outlined in the Billing & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind
Lookup Web shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business outcomes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookup Web from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
