How Lookup Web Works

Lookup Web is an AI-powered decision intelligence platform designed to generate structured analytical reports using advanced artificial intelligence and systemized reasoning frameworks.

The Platform provides access to multiple specialized AI agents that produce structured outputs across areas such as:

  • Strategic analysis

  • Business diagnostics

  • Messaging and conversion evaluation

  • Idea structuring and cognitive modeling

  • Execution planning and reasoning workflows

  • Prompt optimization

Each analysis generates a structured report intended to support research, structured thinking, and decision-making processes.

Lookup Web is designed as a decision-support system. It does not replace human judgment and does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice.

Each system on the Platform operates as a specialized analytical engine designed to process structured inputs and generate organized outputs.

When a user submits information through the analysis interface, the system evaluates the provided context and processes it using artificial intelligence models and structured reasoning logic.

The output is delivered as a multi-section report that helps users:

  • Identify patterns and key variables

  • Highlight potential risks and constraints

  • Explore strategic options

  • Structure their analysis in a clear and organized format

The generated outputs are intended to support analysis and decision-making. They do not constitute recommendations, guarantees, or professional advice.

Results may vary depending on the quality, completeness, and context of the input provided.

Reports are generated automatically once an analysis is submitted.

In most cases, results are delivered within a few seconds. Generation time may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the analysis, the amount of input provided, and overall system demand.

While the Platform is designed for fast processing, occasional delays may occur due to technical or infrastructure conditions.

AI Reliability and Output Quality

Lookup Web uses advanced AI systems designed to generate structured analytical outputs and support decision-making processes.

While the Platform is built to produce consistent and organized analyses, outputs may vary depending on the quality, completeness, and context of the input provided.

The generated analyses are intended as decision-support intelligence and should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions or outcomes.

Users are responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and validating outputs, and should combine them with their own expertise and judgment before making decisions.

No. Lookup Web provides structured analytical outputs generated through artificial intelligence systems for informational and decision-support purposes only.

The Platform does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advisory services.

Outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. Users remain responsible for evaluating results and making their own judgments based on their specific situation.

Lookup Web is designed to support structured thinking, scenario exploration, and analytical evaluation.

The outputs can assist users in understanding patterns, risks, and strategic considerations. However, they are not intended to serve as final decision authority.

Outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. Users are responsible for interpreting results and combining them with their own expertise, data, and professional judgment.

Data Privacy and Security

User inputs submitted during analyses are processed in order to generate structured outputs.

Generated reports are stored within your account dashboard so you can access your previous analyses and results.

Lookup Web does not use user data for advertising purposes and does not sell personal data to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. For full details on how data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

No. User prompts and analysis inputs are processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested outputs.

Lookup Web does not use user data to train its own models.

In some cases, inputs may be processed by third-party AI model providers strictly to generate results. These providers are selected based on standard privacy and security practices and are not authorized by Lookup Web to use submitted data for independent training purposes.

For more details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Lookup Web implements technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data and platform infrastructure.

These measures may include:

  • Encrypted data transmission

  • Secure authentication systems

  • Restricted access to sensitive systems

  • Infrastructure monitoring and security controls

User inputs are processed securely as part of the analysis workflow.

While we take appropriate measures to protect data, no system can guarantee absolute security. We continuously review and improve our security practices to maintain platform integrity.

Subscription and Usage

The number of analyses you can run depends on your selected subscription plan.

Current plans include:

  • Starter Plan – up to 25 analyses per billing cycle

  • Pro Plan – up to 120 analyses per billing cycle

  • Business Plan – up to 350 analyses per billing cycle

Each completed analysis counts toward your monthly usage quota.

Usage limits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Unused analyses do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Plan limits and features may be updated over time. The most current details are always available on the Pricing page.

If you reach the usage limit of your current plan, you will not be able to run additional analyses until your quota resets or your plan is upgraded.

You may upgrade your subscription at any time to access additional analysis capacity.

Usage limits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle. There are no automatic overage charges or additional fees beyond your selected plan.

Access to your existing reports and account dashboard remains available even after your usage limit is reached.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will stop the automatic renewal of your subscription. Your access to the Platform will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation does not take effect immediately and does not result in a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Reports and Platform Features

All generated reports are stored in your account dashboard.

From the dashboard, you can review past analyses, revisit previously generated reports, and manage your platform usage.

Reports remain accessible within your account while your account is active, including after reaching your usage limit for the current billing cycle.

Reports generated by the Platform can be exported as PDF documents.

PDF export is available to logged-in users and allows you to download, store, or share structured analysis reports outside the Platform.

Export functionality is accessible within your account and is tied to your active access to the Platform.

What makes Lookup Web different from general AI tools?

Lookup Web is not a general-purpose conversational AI tool.

The Platform is designed as a structured decision intelligence environment focused on analytical clarity rather than open-ended text generation.

Each system applies predefined analytical structures to process inputs and generate organized, multi-section reports instead of simple conversational responses.

This approach is intended to help users structure complex information, identify key considerations, and support more informed decision-making processes.
